"Love my Volcano Storz and Bickel customer service not at all. I believe they are accepting money for items they don’t have in stock. When I gave them the option either send my items or my money back I got my money back. I recommend using PayPal if you must order from them. I found what I needed at vapor.com at a better price and actually in stock. I should see it by the end of the week. "
