"When I received the corner shelving the box was damaged and partially opened. I took pictures before opening it. Once opened everything was fine. The box had one strip of packing taping running lengthwise over the opening of the box. It wasn't taped securely at all. I was lucky the shelving didn't fall out, as the tape was pulled away from half of the box.

Also, I had ordered the shelves two weeks prior and didn't receive them. When I called the company I was told there was a problem with my card and the order didn't go through. That made no sense as I got a confirmation email that I had placed the order....nothing was mentioned about an issue with my card. I checked on-line and the purchase hadn't gone onto my card so I repurchased it over the phone. I'm glad I called as I needed the shelves for an upcoming show. "

First off, it says shipping is going to take 3-5 business days and it took over 2 weeks. I needed these for an event and I would have been completely screwed if these didn’t come in on time. Second, my order had accessories for grid walls that were as small as screws. Not only were they not even put into a bag, the were thrown into a huge box WITHOUT TAPE. Just a huge empty box with 20 tiny pieces being thrown around. And the delivery truck literally TOSSED the pallet out of the truck and then said “wait, what is this” . You don’t have to be a professional to know that tiny pieces need to be safe in a bag or tape the box shut so they don’t fall out. This company comes to close to what I would consider a scam due to the shipping issues and lack of care for the shipment of products. "

I was a bit disappointed in some of the earring displays as the glue used to connect the faux leather was poorly applied and visible from the front of the display.
