"Hi, I buy my hair accessories almost always from Stone-Bridge, sometimes from Harrods or in Italy. The service is excellent. If I have any doubt Melissa is available for an enthusiastic and competent chat. I ordered several times. I ordered a variety of items to choose what suited me best. The refund was done promptly. I even ordered a few claws when I was in Italy and they arrived quickly and well packaged. The main aspect I look for is quality and I am always delighted, they are the best quality I found in uk a part from Alexandre de Paris, claws that I bought in Harrods at the end of the sale! The only exception qualitywise was the twist wrapped claw. I sent it back and Stone-Bridge told me that they keep insisting with the manufacturer to use hand made claws but they are not doing it (maybe now it has changed). Otherwise 5 stars."

"Originally found this website by accident - searching for nice hair accessories - and was not disappointed. Have long straight slippery hair which needs to be neat for business - lots of choices righ through to that blk tie business dinner requirement! And lots of choice for weekend wear as well. The staff are wonderful - any problems (few and far between)- are dealt with immediately and to complete customer satisfaction!
I would certainly recommend them to a friend - but you have to be quick as they have some lovely items which go rapidly and may not be repeated. Best site I have ever encountered for this type of product."
