"Ordered Seasonic S12 Energy Plus 550W power supply and Fanmate-2 controller (Zalman). Prices were very good with the exception of a strange amound of sales tax (over 8%). Kentucky, the shipping address, has a 6% sales tax. The tax should have been zero or 6% instead of the 8%. After an e-mail, they waived the tax but it should have been taken care of via the website. The tax should be calculated at the shipping state rate or zero if there is no presence of the company in that state.

After placing the order, I noticed that it didn't ship on the day that it should have (website claims that it would ship on the same day if ordered before 4:00PM Pacific time). After two days, I e-mailed the company and they explained that they were having issues and would correct it. They did ship the products within the next few hours after the e-mail.

The items arrived the following week and were as advertised. There was no packing slip of any kind (not that it mattered much). It was loosely packed and the power supply had a small crushed spot in one corner (didn't effect but could have).

Good prices but could work better at getting issues like shipping and taxation under control."
