Poor Quality Defective Product

"The defective product shipped. The delivery takes a long time. Instead of the decal, they sent me a sheet of sticky plastic with lettering that is not removable. They don't even care to provide the customers with proper instructions. And the one they had did not match the product received. Will never buy again. Wasted time and money on a poor-quality product. "

Unfortunate

"I designed my stickers for company labels and sent in the order. Seemed all good, then get an email from customer service quality control saying my image came across blurry. I was thinking that was awesome that they reviewed the image first…. In their defense the email did say that I had until 2pm to respond… but I received the email on a Sunday at 1:19am… so they gave me 12 hours, 8 of which I was sleeping because it was Sunday morning. So I responded to the email Monday morning… next business day… because I was camping with my family, and apparently they just sent my order through blurry. What the FUC- is the purpose of quality control if you just send it through anyhow???? This company should fire that person and save the money, it’s pretty clear the business is going to fail, they should save whatever money they can while they can."

Stolen money, no contact

"Hello. I have been placing orders every so often with this company. The first few orders went great. Eventually they just stopped responding for long periods of time. I've managed to get one or two more orders in during their intermittent communication, but now they just don't respond at all. They took forever to respond after several attempts, and when they finally did, they charged me for the order. It never arrived, and they haven't been answering my emails for 4 months now, except for ONE time when they said they'd get back to me soon. They never did. I want my money back, but they are ignoring me. Never giving them money again for any reason. I am trying to give them business...I don't understand what is going on!"

Lied to and then lied to some more

"I ordered stickers that should have been here today. I contacted stickeryou as tracking stated they had only created the label.. Between fighting with FedEx and sticker you... I found out stickeryou lied and Never had my package at fedex like they said on Feb 21st in fact they had FedEx pick it up TODAY THE DAY IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVETED after I was contacting both FedEx and sticker you and givin the run around by both companies. In the end and many rounds of the blame game, Stickyou is at fault and thinks $9.99 as a refund is acceptable when I paid for 2day shipping and the $9.99 doesn't even cover the basic shipping costs. Used to love this company until they clearly lied to me and decided to play games. Don't waste your time or money on this company! "

Won’t work with you

"Order many times. Most were cool. One order didn’t work, they emailed, I responded with something easier for them, they told me I can’t get previews of it - then just sent to their design team to make whatever they wanted and mail me. Product was not good. Asked why they couldn’t send me previews or allow me to make sure I was ordering what I wanted (as their website allows) and was just told their creative team had it. Got an awful product but I could return it for a refund mines shipping. It was one sheet for $17 bucks. Shipping back for them to shred their crappy product isn’t worth the hassle to save 12 bucks. I’d rather make sure reviews reflect their subpar customer service. "

Nice stickers/long delay

"I ordered stickers from stickeryou believing that if i expedited the shipping i would get my stickers in time for my event. Although the stickers were high quality, i paid extra to not receive the stickers in time for my event. I didnt realize until later this company is based in Canada and then they paid regular shipping for my item.... "

Horrible customer service

"The graphics were terrible amd “customer service.” They emailed me at 5:30pm on a business day and gave me 8 total hours to reply with a different photo file. Instead of calling me or extending the time to the next business day, they just went ahead and made the $180 worth of decals that looked horrible. THEN, the next day, I sent my updated file and asked that it be used as they requested. They said it’s too late. I asked that the original not be used or discarded if already made. They refused to do that and went ahead and shipped me the decals knowing that they weren’t even close to acceptable in quality. So I then had to pay another $55 to ship them back and get a refund. THIS IS ALL BECAUSE THEY STICK TO A 8 HOUR (ANY TIME OF DAY) TIME LIMIT FOR YOU TO GET BACK TO THEM. Why couldn’t they call me? Why couldn’t they have just re-run the product after I sent the file? They knew how it would look and still made it. Wasted material, my time and their time. I explained in email TWICE how the 8 hour time limit really just doesn’t make any sense. They didn’t care at all, didn’t care that it wasted my money and time. Didn’t care to even CONSIDER to change this policy. I have worked with multiple businesses online before and they never go ahead and produce something until they feel it is acceptable. I’ve had a 16 email chain with a business before they cut out my metal product because they would not do it until everything was perfect. They never even charged me for this which they could have. So in essence, StickerYou will never be used by me again and shouldn’t be used by anyone else. They don’t care about their customers. They don’t listen to criticism. They ****. "

Easy to use, good products

"It was an easy experience using StickerYou. The website had all the information I needed and I could upload the artwork through there and get all details sorted. In less than a week I got tracking information, and once I got the stickers they were a very good quality (Very thick material) and all cut to shape just like I wanted."

TERRIBLE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

"Worst experience ever. I placed an order with them. They got the sizing wrong. Told me if I wasn't happy I had to resend the stickers. Fine. The cost of the shipping is almost the price of the order?!?! And it was their mistake. Oh well. Lesson learned. Please don't use companies like this. If there's ever an issue you're going to regret it. Worst. ZERO STARS. DO NOT USE!!!"

YOU GIVE ONLY 8 HOURS ?

"I placed my order on November 10. They contacted me 3 days later stating my order is on hold due do the quality of the image I've sent. Here is my problem, they contacted me on the weekend Saturday 13th @ 3:36pm and gave me only 8 hours to respond. If I don't respond within this timeframe, my order will be sent to print - REALLY? Who sits on the computer all weekend and only get 1 notification for an order I payed nearly $200 for and now it is useless to me because you waited 3 days to contact me, but you want to make sure my order remains within your original production and shipping schedule. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!"

Terrible Customer Service

"Terrible customer service with people who could care less about your time.

Spent THOUSANDS of dollars with them (I am a sticker resller) and once I started making larger orders, I started having tons of issues. Their team is not equipped to handle volume or customer service issues.

They handle all communication by email, meaning I had email chains that were 80+ emails long with endless back and forth that could have been solved in a 10 minute phone call. They advertise their phone # online but won't help customers by phone.

Eventually reached out on LinkedIn to get a VP of the company involved and even he eventually dropped the ball, too. I moved my business elsewhere. Wish I had done so a year earlier. Honestly, never had as poor of an experience with a company I spent so much money with.

Makes my blood boil to this day.
