"I am very disappointed in this company. I ordered 10 items and was charged for all of them. When my order arrived 2 items were listed as out of stock and said "refund." It has been a month and no refund. I have written 3 emails and tried calling Stewart's non-working phone number.
I warned them in my last email that I would dispute the charge with my credit card and would not recommend them to anyone."

After two weeks, I had not received a credit/refund for my unexplained, canceled order. I also attempted to contact Stewart Toys via Phone and Email, and to date, I have not received a response.

The entire transaction and company seems very shady - I would not recommend any business with them."

"I placed an order on a Wed night and they shipped on Thu. The shipping choice of UPS Groud isn't quick but should get anywhere within a week. Their prices are excellent. They also seem to accurately provide in-stock information (unlike some of their competitors) since some of the more popular toys were listed as being out of stock."
