"Ordered a Wharfedale center channel speaker they had on sale and overall it was a very good experience. I asked a question about the speaker by email and got a response in less than a day, ordered the next day, and it shipped out promptly. My only complaint would be that it wasn't double-boxed (they just put a shipping label on the speaker box), but considering the price and that it arrived without any issues I can't complain too much, and I'd definitely shop there again."

"Ordered a highly discounted pair of bookshelf speakers from this website associated with the store "STO Sound & Vision". They had a holiday deal for free shipping. The item shipped within one business day and arrived the next. An amazing deal. I will check their website again when I am in the market for middle-to-high-end audio equipment."

"I was happy to find that these guys had one of the lowest prices on the net for the pair of headphones I wanted (AKG K701). Everyone that works there seems pretty nice and I got my headphones very quickly.

That is the good side... now for the bad. Their eCom system is HORRIBLE. Firstly if you make a mistake setting up your account you cannot edit it! You have to call or email them to fix it, really bad if you are ordering on the weekend. I ended up having to make 3 accounts in order to get everything correct. Every single aspect of their online system is horrible. Logging in, ordering, entering information was the most horrendous process I have EVER seen on a website. I never received a confirmation email for my order, and ended up having to do everything over the phone.

Like I said before... these guys are a small shop in Philly, and seem really nice. They just need to get some better eCom software if they want to make it in the online world. Thanks for the headphones guys!

"My headphones purchase was a quiet success. Two days from on-line order to receipt, using UPS ground delivery. It came well packed, factory sealed, with a low price, quick delivery, free shipping, and a little extra (free extra ear-pads for my headphones). I am quite satisfied."

"The Stereo Trading outlet has a pretty good selection, and quite reasonable prices, as well as free shipping. However, expect orders to take a horribly horribly long time to receive. I ordered a pair of headphones from them. On the site, it listed them as in stock, however they were the exact opposite. I requested next day UPS shipping, and got second day shipping instead, though an extra two days isn't much compared to the two weeks of other delays. I would not recommend buying anything from this retailer unless you want to wait several longer then you should ever have to, to receive your product."
