I have contested my charge thru my credit card company. Be warned that this web site Stereoneedles.com. does not have what you want or could be running a fictious business and scamming you out of money. "
"I ordered a replacement stylus for an Audio Technica cartridge from them. In about two weeks I hadn't received it. I sent them an email, no response, a few days later I sent another, again no response, called left a message, got tired of waiting, filed a claim with PayPal, received a refund through PayPal. I never received so much as an order confirmation from them, only the receipt for my PayPal payment. Good thing I used PayPal, it would have been like flushing my money down the toilet. "
"I had a good experience with the recent purchase of an original Audio Technica ATN12XE stylus. USPS tracking never showed it was picked up until it was delivered but the item, packaging and price was the excellent for this item. It looks like the price did go up after my purchase but is still a good price compared to others if they even have the original stylus available. "

"I purchased two replacement needles that were "In Stock" and were promised to be shipped the following day. Ten days later I finally received an e-mail notification that my order had been shipped. I contacted the vender and asked why there was a shipping delay. The response was that they were investigating a double shipment of my order and not to receive the second package. I again sent an inquiry as to the shipping delay and got no answer. There was not a second order shipped as stated. To date I have still received no answer from stereoneedles.com. The link to PayPal that they use also had several problems during the checkout process."
