"Well, I'm not sure if anyone else has gotten this phone call, but about half an hour ago I got a call from the Attourney General of Ohio's office. Apparently there has been some progress in the complaints so many of us made. Hopefully withing the next few weeks there will be a settlement. The person on the phone said that there was a good chance I would be getting everything except shipping costs back, which is far more than I expected now after almost 2 years...
I guess that I should say thanks to both the Ohio Attourney General's office and to Step for getting this resolved in the end. For the beginning of the story, you can see my comments under the username jhoover
