"Most computer parts/case companies sell products; their only care is the bottom line, not Steiger Dynamics. When you decide to make a purchase from Steiger Dynamics, you receive a "customer experience", not just a product. The support a customer receives after the sale is the hidden hallmark of Steiger Dynamics.

The pictures do NOT do the LEET case justice, 5mm thick aluminum wrapped around the exterior is luxury at its finest. I purchased the black version of the case with the normal and glass tops. With a simple request, and run-down of the internal components that will fill this beauty, they added the Reference to the front of the case. I already purchased the majority of the parts I planned to use while looking for a chassis that could support full liquid cooling in a normal home theater form-factor. Additionally, I have looked closely at all of their engineer's custom built systems and they do grade A+ work.

If you truly want a HTPC case that is at home next to your other premium quality home theater components, this is the case/system for you! Mine is sitting right next to my Sunfire Cinema Grand Signature amplifier and fits right in. The quality of the exterior, the thoughtful layout of the power button with a soft blue glow, lack of constantly flashing SSD/HDD light combined with the configurability of the included LEET Monitor LCD software makes this chassis the only truly elite HTPC case available, at any price.

In my experience, if you have ANY questions about parts, setup or functionality you can send an email and you will have a response in the same day. Every question or suggestion I had was answered the same day, usually within an hour (during business hours) after I sent the email. In every instance, one engineer/customer service representative handled every email over the course of 3 weeks of additional planning. I had to have a major surgery last week and when I picked up my phone to check my mail, about a day after the surgery, I had an email from the representative, just to check on my health!! I am a physically disabled former network administrator. I have 25 years of building high-end computers (both liquid and air cooled) and can validate that their engineers and representatives are highly qualified to answer any question you might have, whatever your skill level is related to home theater personal computers, at every level.

Before you make a decision on Steiger Dynamics, please take into account my experience I wanted to share. At first, I thought the price was towards the high-end for a chassis but after receiving my product, it was worth every penny. Then the customer service is absolutely outstanding, which for me, factors into the price. While other companies will charge you outrageous shipping and charge you for every little plate, badge, screw, bracket, etc, I can attest that when you choose Steiger Dynamics that will NOT happen to you. For most companies these days, customer service after the sale is a lost art. This is where Steiger Dynamics supports their products and customers with excellence.

"The idea of having a HTPC came up, when I spontaneously connected my desktop PC to my TV to watch some videos from the hard disk. It did work, of course, but the noise level that I had accepted for working at the desk was really annoying now while watching a film on the sofa. Besides the PC's tower case looked kind of misplaced in my AV rack.

When I finally stumbled on the Steiger Dynamics online shop, I immediately fell in love with the exclusive design of the LEET. I had never (and still haven't) seen anything comparable.

First I was afraid this HTPC would be far out of my budget. But when I discussed my requirements directly with one of the co-founders (both named Martin) I was very pleased. He advised me how to customize my LEET so honestly that I had no single component in my configuration I didn't need. At the end I ordered a LEET pure for not more than $2400.
When it arrived, I connected the LEET to my TV and it worked at once. I couldn’t believe that Windows was ready to use after just a few seconds. And I could hear nothing at all. I have now banned all other devices from my living room and am using the LEET as a media server that runs 24/7 - accessible from everywhere over my smartphone, to watch TV, surf the internet and handle all kinds of office work from my sofa.
Since I have the LEET there are more and more ideas coming up, what I can do with it. As I was not sure whether I could use intel WiDi to connect a second screen via WLAN, I contacted Steiger Dynamics. Though it was months ago that I had purchased the system they could tell me exactly what additional hardware I would need only few hours after my request.

"For some time I was wondering how to use the Digital inputs on my Trinnov Room Optimization system. I started to think if a HTPC could do it for me and started to research Sounds cards with DB 25 connector. Apparently RME are famous with their Audio interface and I stopped my choice on RME AES 32.
I contacted Steiger Dynamics which specializes in HTPC. People there were of tremendous help, very high professionals which turned every stone to meet my requirements. They use only the best parts on the market at very reasonable price.
I had my HTPC now already for 5 months and I can simply say that is absolutely stunning. You can keep it in your living room since it looks very stylish.
I connected the HTPC with Trinnov via DB 25-DB25 cord. The setting of the RME card was a bit tricky but once you get around this the final results are stunning.

Now I can use my HTPC for watching DVD, BD, listening music, even playing games. All equipment is connected via the HTPC to Trinnov. I stopped using my BD player and ripped all my CDs to FLAC and enjoying great sound.

"I feel like I need to write this review as there aren't many reviews out there regarding Steiger Dynamics, and I don't normally write reviews.
I found out about SD on youtube, I then went onto their website to research abit about the company and the products they have. I started to talk to Martin via live chat (as I am in the UK)all my questions and concerns were answered efficiently and 100% honestly, Martin helped me choose all my system specs within my requirements and budget. Martin kept me fully updated throughout the building process, I also got free upgrades :-)
Once I had received the product it was packaged brilliantly and the design and build of the product was great, you really could see their experience within pc building, I do not believe there is anything else like this on the market today.
once up and running the pc was working great, you couldn't even tell the system was turned on it was very quiet.
Their customer service really showed when I experienced a problem from my OWN DOING, one of my friends asked me to test out a graphics card as they were building their own system, it turned out that the graphics card did not work as they had suspected, when I went to put my own graphics card back in the system would not boot up properly, I went to martin for help. It took a few hours and a few emails to figure it out, it turned out to be the last thing we tried, which was resetting the bios, the faulty graphics card had corrupted the bios, it's now back up and running absolutely fine with great help from Martin.
I would highly recommend if you are in the market for a HTPC then give Steiger Dynamics a go.

"It seems nobody has written a review about this company yet and I regard it as a privilege to be the first one to do so.

I have been a PC gamer for many years, and I used to build my own systems back in the day, but since I don’t have the time anymore to struggle with all the problems that go along with it, I have repeatedly bought my gaming systems from boutique builders. I first read about Steiger Dynamics about a month ago, and I was due for an upgrade so I decided to check them out. They seem to focus exclusively on living room PC gaming, and they call their systems HTPCs, but they are actually more like full gaming rigs with the form factor of an AV receiver. I bought a 60 inch TV last year and didn’t think about hooking it up to a computer then, but after looking at their gallery and videos, I really started to like the idea so I went ahead and played around with their online configurator for some time. Initially I selected the X79 reference model and I wanted to have a custom built liquid cooling loop with a 690 graphics card very badly. The price came to around $4800 which was slightly out of my budget. I started chatting with them through their website chat and Martin (one of their employees) was of great help fine tuning my configuration. He advised me to go with the Z77 core model instead because I had no need for a 6-core processor after explaining my intended use (50% gaming, 50% Blu-ray and audio). This brought the price down to $4500. Where do you see that…? I had a really good feeling about this and decided to go ahead with ordering my Leet system and I paid with Paypal. Btw, they have a 30 day money back guarantee, so I had a fall back plan if I didn’t like their system.

A little over a week later, I received an email from Martin telling me that my system just shipped. He also attached some professional photos of it which was a really nice surprise. It took another 4 days until I had the very hefty package in my hands, and upon unpacking the system and placing it on my AV rack, I immediately realized that this was something special. The silver matched my AVR perfectly, and the quality was like nothing I have ever seen before - it is entirely made of brushed aluminum and the interior, with its lighting and the liquid cooling, looks just awesome. I was also eager to see if it was really as silent as they claim – it is. The Leet is whisper quiet when I stand right next to it and I can’t hear it at all from my sofa, so again, very happy here. I decided not to go with the wireless devices they offer but to use a USB hub for my cable mouse and keyboard I already had. After setting up my TV as explained in the manual, everything worked perfectly and it’s so much better than a computer monitor, I can tell you that!

The only issue I had so far was when I tried to transfer all my data from my old system to the Leet. There seemed to be some folder permission problems, so I called up their support hotline and was put through directly to Martin. He immediately connected to my system remotely and changed some settings (folder permissions and Windows Homegroup), and right away, I was able to move my files over to the Leet.

Overall, I must recommend this system to anyone who is serious about their media center setup. Their case is amazing and I believe you can’t buy it anywhere else. The whole thing is certainly more expensive than building yourself, but it’s worth every penny, especially with that kind of quality and service. I am incredibly pleased with my system, and my experience with the company as a whole. Thank you Steiger Dynamics!
