"Steganos has been a great program and I have used it since Steganos 7, Now at Steganos 15. I use the password section of the Privacy Suite the most, but it provides overall protection of your computer if you want. I have no performance issues, the company has always been responsive, and disagree completely with the other review on this review site. The company is German and some responses are returned in both German and English. One thing I wish they would do is provide a way to print out my password list although, The passwords can be exported to a site like Dropbox and used with mobile devices."
"I purchased the and downloaded Steganos Internet Anonym Pro Version 6.0.8. I noticed an extreme slow down in my speed when browsing on the Internet. I sent an e-mail to tech support and did not het a response. The problem was intolerable so I sent and e-mail asking for a credit and destroyed the software. The reply was that some one would contact me but no one did. After a total of 6 e-mails over a months time with no response, I am forced to take the time to submit this NEGATIVE rating!! The company is in Germany and there is no phone number for contacting Steganos. One thing to learn the hard way is to never purchase anything from the Internet that does not have a phone number to customer service. It is obvious that making a buck is more important to this "company" than providing a product that does what it claims. I hope this review prevents the next "sucker" from making the same mistake that I did!
