"I ordered a stethoscope for our daughter for Christmas. I had it engraved and it took me over a minute to find it on the item once it arrived. Also the color was depicted as a beautiful lilac and it came to us as a washed out color. Fraud was committed with the use of my Visa on this transaction but I don't blame Steele for this. I would never buy from this site again. I am deeply disappointed. I will say the item came to me today, just 6 days after ordering it but it was probably because they didn't waste any time working on the engraving. "
