"We had several discussions via phone and email with Joe discussing our commercial requirement for a ADA required 36 inch door. i have the emails showing this discussion. We were told to put our rough in speculations in on the website which were 40 X 84 which we did. The emails discussed the ADA threshhold and lip etc... we were told the 36 X 80 door would be ordered. we received the door 33 X 77 with adjustable trim. We ordered the DOOR 36 X 80 clearly so it met ADA which is minumum 36 W. They refuse to correct and tried blaming us for not "KNOWING" that meant with trim. NOT at ANYTIME did the trim come in to the measurements. In fact we put our rough in on the website which this does not fit at all. our rough in has to be corrected. So we are now waiting to open our business on this company error that they refuse to correct.

"I purchased shower doors for a steam shower from this company for $1174.85. They originally asked for the shower dimensions I sent them. Two weeks later I receive a call from "JOE" a bathing technician (LOL) asking for detailed drawing with exact measurements, I sent them. Two weeks later I get another call They requested another drawing with measurements taken every six inches, again I complied and sent another drawing. Two weeks later I am contacted again for a third drawing they requested I take a 8' straight edge and give them measurements again I comply. Again I get contacted for yet more measurements I informed them they had these measurements twice and if the can't do it let me know and I will find a company that can. Two weeks later I receive the raw materials to build the doors NOTHING is cut to size Nothing is assembled and there are no instructions Also the "Steam" doors have no gaskets to hold steam in. These are overpriced Home Depot doors. They are not what I ordered and they will not take them back. Contacted Chase rewards and Steam Sauna Bath LIED and told them these are custom doors and are exactly what I ordered and that I knew exactly what I was getting. So Chase Rewards my ex credit card company has billed me for this overpriced junk. save your money shop elsewhere They bill you under a different company name Bathing Brands Inc. And the product is sent by yet a third company BASCO in OH. and billed to yet a fourth company Accurate Industries Inc in IL. WHAT A SCAM"
