"I ordered a steam shower from this company . It came damaged . The company had packaged it nailing it together with 3';' nails. The roof of the shower was cracked. When I complained the Service Lady Anh offered me to Epoxy the cracked roof and 300.00 credit for a 2400.00 unit. When I refused she offered replacement of all damaged parts -great!! 2 more weeks of waiting for these parts and a month without a shower as we gutted our bathroom - these parts came and were used and dented. I now am offered to send the whole unit back and be refunded. This is so helpful . I have a gutted bathroom and measured to fit this unit . She now wants me to reorder through a different company and go through the waiting process again. What great and compassionate management skills.

"I bought an Ariel WS-9090K over six months ago. My master electrician has had nothing but problems trying to get it to work. He was finally able to get a hold of someone in technical support and they determined the main unit was not working so they sent him a new one. That one did not work either so they sent a third one. He was finally able to get the shower working, however, a couple of the body massagers are broken so I cannot use that part of the unit at all.
I failed final inspection when the inspector realized it was not UL certified. I contacted the company and they ended up hanging up on me. They admit it is not UL certified but said it has some type of other certification but they have not been able to supply me with any proof or documentation.
I now have to pay someone to disassemble the unit and haul it off to the trash. It's not legal and it's not safe. Customer Service has done nothing to assist me with the multiples problems encountered with this unit. In fact, they hung up on me and will not take my calls. Very disappointing."
"I bought an Ariel steam shower from steamshowersinc.com. 5 years and 3 months after buying it the shower unit went on FIRE causing damage in my home. The investigators determined the fire started from the steam shower. My homeowners insurance covered all the damage except for the steam shower since it was determined that again THE STEAM SHOWER UNIT CAUSED THE FIRE. I have called Atlas (parent company) and steamshowersinc over 10 times with NOT ONE RETURN PHONECALL. I am only looking to get another unit (different model) from them. I feel they should stand by their product and AT THE VERY LEAST RETURN A CALL. I call and of course can speak to the salespeople since that line answers right away BUT OF COURSE THEY CAN'T HELP YOU WITH PROBLEMS THEY CAN ONLY SELL YOU PRODUCTS.
WORSE COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH STAY AWAY!!!"
