"I purchased a custom system from them and had no problems at all. I configured my system easily and got just what I asked for.(and then some) The entire process was smooth as silk. I actually got more than I paid for in terms of service and support. Ray actually called me at home to make sure I was fully satisfied with the unit he sold me. There was a small problem with a memory chip testing bad and he sent out a new chip the same day and included a UPS prepaid label for me to return the defective part at their cost. When I attepted to purchase a second system from them I found they are no longer doing business and I for one will miss the level of service they provided me. When you compare the way I was treated here with the way other vendors (like Tiger Direct)treat their customers, these guys were saints."
