I have been using the domain registrar StargateInc.com for years. Never had any issues, except for this last time.
I payed for my renewal on January 6, 2008 and my domain was set to expire on January 22, 2008. I am thinking I am good, right? PayPal has completed the transaction and money has been taken out of my account. I think I am in the clear for another year.
Well, 2 weeks later I get a reminder email that my domain is expiring in a few more days. WHAT? I emailed them asking them why I am getting this reminder if I paid for it. They asked for proof of payment so I sent them my PayPal invoice. To this day I still have no reply from that. My domain proceeded to expire and 8 emails have not been replied to. I try calling and I can't seem to get through. All I get is their annoying double ring over and over. I am waiting now for 47 minutes for their online chat support in hope to somehow transfer my domain to GoDaddy.com < USE THEM.

Never again will I use this domain registrar."
