"Was looking for a specific "couples urn" in a specific color. They did not have one but had one in a different color. I could not find anyone that had one in ANY color, much less the color I wanted so I placed an order for the one they had. Later on the same day, one was found exactly as I wanted. I contacted Stardust Memorials and inquired as if the order could be canceled. Without a moments hesitation, they replied that they were glad I had found what I was looking for - order canceled! Rarely do I take my hat off but I take my hat off to them! More companies need this attitude. It was more about me than making keeping a sale they had already approved!

The urn has a pearl finish with a gold band around the lid. It was so easy to "do business" with Stardust. Placed my order and the urn came with in a week. I also think the price is extremely fair for the quality of the product.

"I ordered from this company knowing I had a deadline. The product came in and was very dirty, the silver on the urn was literally flaking off it at the touch, and it had a weird smell. Not what I had in mind for my brothers ashes, but thanks! Customer service was completely unphased by this and offered no solution other than "send it back." They did say it was too bad I found it "less then perfect." !?!?!?! Less than perfect is a few marks here or there, not flaking off color, dirty "from packaging" and dirty velcro put on with a glue gun at the bottom. Unacceptable."
