"I ordered solar shades from Star. Unfortunately, the manufacturer goofed on the measurement of one of the shades. I contacted customer service and they had the shade remade in the correct size. I was very pleased with the quality and service.
I also had motorized shades made. I wanted 2 independently operating shades on 1 headrail. Although they did not advertise such an option, I had numerous email correspondences with Tim in customer service and he was able to contact the manufacturer and provide me with exactly what I wanted!
