"Nice offering of products and good prices, but be careful with your shipping choices and costs. I paid $29.00 to have Express shipping, which according to the PostMaster should have been delivered the next day, but didn't get my merchandise overnight because 2-day delivery had been checked off on the shipping label. I could have just paid $10.00 for priority mail and received the item the same day. I requested a refund of the difference several times with no luck! Evidently their Mission Statement of making sure every customer is happy doesn't mean too much to them."
