After three messages with no reply, I have decided to call my CC company to report them and dispute the charge. This is SCARY. They have my $400, I have no dress, and the wedding is tomorrow!"

"Do not buy here. I had custom alterations and they still made it 3 sizes too small. When I asked tried to talk to them, they were very defensive and asked me to go to a local seamstress to fix, they did not offer a refund or extra material."

"Nightmare. I ordered a winter wedding coat form this website. When I received the coat, it did not fit and there were multiple wholes in the coat where the fur was attached. What's more, it was not the same coat from the picture on the website. The lace was different, the fur was poor quality and the fabric was polyester even though the website said it was velvet. When I contacted the company and showed pictures, they insisted the coat was beautiful and that I could sew the wholes up myself. I insisted that I should never have to sew up an item that I paid $500 for. I sent the coat back and now they are saying that they never received it despite the fact that the post office confirmed delivery. I am still in the process of dealing with the credit card company and the post office to resolve the matter and it has been over 2 months. I strongly urge you to think twice before ordering something from this website. Best of luck."
