"Ordered an Elkay pot filler on 9/9/13, two weeks went by with no shipment notification. Called Standard Plumbing and was then told the item had been discontinued. I guess they didn't feel it was necessary to notify us of that. Our plumber is waiting and we now have to scramble to find another pot filler that will work. Based on the lack of communication and customer care I would not recommend this company."
