"When I entered store, NO associates in sight. After about 5 minutes shopping, I actually looked around to be sure that an employee was in store. I shopped and used dressing room twice. When I got ready to check out, the cashier was visiting with a man at counter. She seemed irritated to wait on me. She initially overcharged by 43.00. I told her my total should be about 70.00. She made a correction, my total was 80.56."

"A credit card was obtained at Clarksville Ar Stage store. A bill was not received for two months. When it arrived there was a 30 dollar late charge. The credit card rep refused to speak with me because card was in wife’s name. I wrote check deducting late charge. Next month received a bill double the original amount. We went to Clarksville Stage store to see if we could get some answers. The store manager showed no inclination to help."
