"My $20 Rewards was not be used toward a $38.00 item PRIOR to the 40% off, which was the marked reduced percentage of the clothing item. If the $20 is like cash, then it should have been applied as such......and after the 40% deducted from the regular price. This is a very deceptive manner of pricing. I did not get my $20 dollars worth of Rewards with this deceptive sales practice. If this is the way that your company handles these types of sales/transactions, then full disclosure of this practice should be made clear and evident to the customers. By the way, another customer happened to be complaining about a similar misrepresentation in pricing. We both walked out of the store very dissatisfied as well as saying that we were no longer shopping there. Of note, I also recall the egg give-away, in which only 1 egg was being given if more than one person were together......I.e. 2 friends were in line waiting for this event, and because they had come together, they were told that only one egg could be given for the both of them. They are individuals ...... so each should have been each given an egg.
