"I came in to the Bullhead City, AZ Stage store to question some prices I was charged in a previous visit. I presented the receipt to associate who took it to the store manager or person in charge. She got up and did NOT greet me or introduce herself. She proceeded to tell me that I was mistaken because the toys I purchased were not 70% off they were 10% off. I took them off a well signed display and asked the cashier if the two particular items were 70% off. I explained to her that. She then began correcting her associate in front of me. They lady apologized and looked embarrassed. I felt so badly about the tone the woman used to correct her. She then sharply said put your phone number in so I can get this going. I feel this woman is unprofessional and observed this same behavior previously at another time shopping on this store. I had brought a friend with me, I wanted to share my favorite clothing store with her. Well, she said she will not return."
