"I was immediately and very cheerfully greeted by Crinzina- Associate #002257512, I went directly to front counter and she met me there with eagerness I had a very specific product in mind and she listened as I explained what I was looking for. She then escorted me to the area it was and began looking for what I had explained. She tried to find the product that matched as closely as possible at the best value. She waited while I tried it out and compared it to the older similar product I already had. I had some trouble deciding between two products that she showed me and she talked to me about the products and pointed out features of each one. When I finally decided she escorted me to the counter, got me signed up for charge card and got appropriate discounts applied. I appreciated her patience and helpfulness and I am looking forward to shopping there again. I am thrilled with my purchase."
