"Recently I have decided to order one of the Squire chains with a padlock for a bicycle I've bought. Instead of using the Amazon marketplace which I'm very satisfied with, I've decided to go directly to squirepadlocks.co.uk, which I believe is an official dealer, and get it from there. Now I'm waiting for the item for 6th day, instead of the website advertised 24/48 hour delivery. All the information about the status of my order is concluded in a mystical "processing" and when I tried to contact them two times, first by using an email form on the site, then - sending to provided email directly, I got no reply at all, although the website writes it in BALD that they really care about customer feedback and "always respond to our customers", with the word "always" in BOLD. After my patience started to melt, as I cannot use my bicycle without a lock for a week already, I have contacted the customer service by phone. The pleasant voice told me they are out of stock for it, and will require few? days to get it. On my question how long will it require to deliver it, I was told it usually happens within a few? days. How many few days altogether should I wait? Why have they charged me money for non-existing item straight after the order, why I wasn't notified it's out of stock and that delivery will be delayed? I have kindly asked the pleasant voice to contact me and provide a more precise information, and it kindly promised me to do so. It even promised to contact other department, responsible for stock, as well as change the delivery method from standard to express. All in all I am still waiting for the promises, none of which have been fulfilled yet. I believe the only feature of this seller is a dozen of kind promises."
