"Perhaps the worst experience I have ever had with a retail store. I purchase two mini cameras at a local gun show. The person who sold me the cameras gave me detailed instructions on how to use, which I wrote down, word for word. Could not get either camera to work. Went to the store, which was twenty miles away. This salesperson gave me different instructions, which I wrote down. Didn't work again. Went back to the store and this female behind the desk gave me completely different instructions. Plus, she became very nasty if I asked too many questions. She also said to choose another camera because there are no refunds. I chose another camera that require only two instructions and still could not get this camera to work."
