Additionally, a HUGE perk has been free FedEx delivery (I always order over $149.00) which I have always had the next day south of San Antonio. My only MAJOR irritation is often trying to complete an order online because their server suddenly drops me during their busy times. It happens FREQUENTLY, and they should seriously consider upgrading their capacity because it exceedingly monotonous to order over the phone and "online" has less potential for mistakes. But otherwise, they are truly a VALUABLE PROFESSIONAL outfit!"

"Ordered on Aug 21, got an order confirmation and haven't heard back from them for 5 days. I went back to their shop to check order status. Under my account it still says: "This order has already shipped or has reached the final stages of processing".
It was a week later, when I went back to the shop page to chat with a representative. I still had not heard from them. They told me that they would not accept my credit card, but refused to send me a message to tell me so.
I had the same issue last year. Order placed on 9/2/12 and ten days later I had to call the sales reps to find out, they would not accept my mastercard. But again no message. I had to use the credit card of a friend of mine to get the order processed.
The reason for not accepting my credit card is, it has a german address on record. I live in Plano, TX and work for a german company. That's why my credit card has a german address.
Have even tried my paypal account. Also doesn't work.
