"Great prices on many items and acceptable shipping times. Search engine and site are not the best, pretty bad actually. It is in need of many refinements! Just try and search for a particular item and if you click on anything, it takes you back to the very first page! Go to categories and you cannot refine and will have to search through all items (update: I just tried the site again and this is better but it is still muddled and confused with items not listed in the correct place). When you search, you have to be too literal (you actually have to use extra words like instead of just putting in PT709 to see mags for it, you have to add the word magazine!) and even then, it brings up items, too many, that have nothing to do with your search! Too many items do not have pictures. The pictures cannot be enlarged enough to see properly. You do not know if an item is in stock until you click on it! Item descriptions are ridiculously short and incomplete! I have passed up many a purchase because of the lack of info on the item! It is very time consuming and frustrating to make a purchase from them because of their terrible site..... Forgot to add that I hate the multiple warehouse thing and having to pay separate shipping for it. I hate the added shipping charges for items that are backordered.... how is any of this my responsibility? If an item comes from a different warehouse or is on backorder when a customer goes to order, you should suck it up on the shipping!!!!! It is your idea/fault not ours. Greedy, greedy, greedy!!!!!!! No one charges me extra shipping for items on backorder or items that come out of a separate warehouse on ANY other site!!!!!! As a matter of fact, my favorite site, Sportsmansguide.com, is always offering discounted shipping or free shipping on orders of about 50 bucks or more. I only buy from Sportsmansdepot.com if I cannot find the item anywhere else to be absolutely honest. If you would cut out the erroneous shipping charges thing and straighten out your site I would probably buy more from you, but I just get so damn frustrated with it that I give up and buy elsewhere and I WILL leave your site and not order when you try and bend me over on shipping!!!!"
