"SCAMMERS!!!!! I ordered a set of fender flares for my truck and paid in full (Over $400) instantly with paypal. I expected to get an email from them with either a receipt of payment and/or a shipping notification but never received anything. I emailed them to get an update on my order and they never responded; ever! Luckily my purchase was protected through paypal so I filed a dispute with them to get my money refunded. Paypal contacted Sports Imports to resolve this issue but they never responded to them either. It took me a month but I got a complete refund thanks to paypal. Sportsimportsllc.com is a fake website. THEY DO NOT HAVE THE PRODUCTS LISTED SO DON'T BOTHER! They have an 'F' rating with the Better Business Bureau (http://www.bbb.org/washington-dc-eastern-pa/business-reviews/internet-shopping/sports-imports-llc-in-rockville-md-13553054) which I only found out about after my purchase. Always check with the BBB before making any online purhcases!"
"This company does not live up to its advertised promises. I ordered a seat cushion on December 16 and received an email that my credit card would not be charged until the item is shipped. However on December 21, 2009, I called them for status and was told the order was cancelled because it was out of stock. However that same day, my credt card was charged anyway. On December 23, I got a call back from Aga who stated my credit card was refunded the full amount. Here it is January 5, 2010, over two weeks later, and I still have not been refunded. I have submitted a transaction dispute with my bank and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Beware this company, they are anything but professional and are not customer friendly. By the way, I believe the review by agouda is a fake review. Adam Gouda works for Sports Imports LLC and was the person who sent me the email about not being charged till the item is shipped. Nice try Mr. Gouda! Update: My credit card was FINALLY credited after 3 weeks of frustration and uncertainty. I do not recommend anyone using this company for anything. They are unreliable, shady and possibly dishonest, especially with probable fake reviews. Bottom line: Go elsewhere for your needs.
