"We ordered three items from Hockey Giant for Christmas - they arrived in three different boxes over a period of two weeks with no documentation - when we went to return one of the items that did not fit our son, the company spokeman was as rude as we have ever experienced on the phone saying we did not comply with a rule (that was hidden in the fine print on the fourth link from their web site), that we could not return the item and that she would put a note in our file instructing the returns department not to give us a refund if we did return the hockey equipment - we will not buy anything from this site ever again.
