"This is a dropshipping company which operates under the names Zappy Sales, Sports Fans Depot, Home Essentials Depot and possibly other names. They will not reply to emails or phone calls to return the parts I ordered, only half of which showed up, a month late."

"I purchased a paintball gun from them $550 they took my money right away. 3 days later they send a email saying they are out of stock and will be refunding my money. I don't know why that product is on they're web page when it's been out of stock for some time.Its been a week and I still haven't gotten my money back. Sports fan depot uses zappy sales for ALL of they're orders. Would never recommend them to any one!"

"I experienced nothing but frustration while dealing with this company.. I placed multiple orders that were filled last first only with much communication regarding the status of the orders.. although they took payment right away.The products that I did receive were satisfactory but the communication was very confusing and tedious. I am a senior citizen & a retired nurse.. I have never dealt with any other online company with such sloppy confusing business practices.. they communicate using 2 different company names: Zappy Sales & Sports Fans Depot (I had never heard of Zappy Sales prior to them responding to my orders using that company name.. all in all this was NOT a good experience.. I am waiting to see if they refund my money for all my orders.."
