"I found the best pricing for a duffle bag at this store, made the purchase online and my order was confirmed the same day, with delivery expected in 7-10 business days. 3 weeks later I contacted the company by phone and was told it was shipped, but that they would get me the date and tracking number the following day as the shipping department was gone for the day. After several days of runaround trying to get a date and tracking number, and being told that UPS misdirected the shipment, I was finally given a shipping number that UPS said was invalid. The package finally arrived a month after the purchase, but it was the wrong color. Needless to say, I will will not return the item as color was never important to me. But I will not order from this company again."
