"Make sure when searching for a product you don't buy Sportcraft Brand!! I purchased a Sponge Bob water park from Toys R Us That had the "Don't return this to the store call Sportcraft for defective products" This was over 6 months ago. I have made numerous phone calls and emails talking to several different people. Who continued to promise me they will straighten this out. The slide had a defective seam and leaked air. The first time I called they made me cut out a big portion of the slide and send it to them. 3 weeks later they told me they don't have a replacement and they would send me a check for the slide in 4-6 weeks. My daughter was extremely disappointed they couldn't replace it but whatever. 8 weeks later no check. I had to call 3 more times in which every time I was told the check is in the mail. Finally 3 mores weeks and several more emails and phone calls later (talked to Beth, Teresa, Carolyn,and a couple of gentleman who called me back but couldn't help) I get a partial refund that is over $100 less than what I originally paid for the item. They are obviously not reputable and to be honest I have wasted so much time trying to straighten this out that I am now going to spend the time sharing my experience with others so that they aren't in the same situation with Sportcraft. I never received the other $100+ dollars and I am sure I never will. If you are looking for a piece of Sporting Equipment make sure you get something other than Sportcraft. Their service after the sale is criminal and unless you have hours to waste trying to straighten out a problem they are not the right company for you. "
