"I placed an order for two FlipWorks 386-3R Media Pull-Out Trays. The total was about $80. I received an order confirmation and was told I'd receive an email when the order shipped. A week later I still hadn't heard anything so I called and was told it was shipping the next day and I'd receive tracking info. The next week I still hadn't received anything so I sent an email asking for an update. I was told the item was out of stock and I could wait or cancel for a refund. If I wouldn't have contacted them I'm not sure I'd have gotten any updates. The only reason I'm giving them two stars is because they did issue my refund once the order was canceled."
