I spoke with Carla who answered all of my crazy questions and I was guaranteed, in writing that if the order did not come through as purchased, my charge would be refunded. Not only was Carla great about responding to me the same day when I had questions but my order arrived earlier than expected and it was perfect. I will now be placing bulk annually orders with them."
