"This computer ROCKS - it's as simple as that. Speedtech found some cosmetic problems with the case as they were finishing the build - they couldn't find an exact replica so they upgraded me to the next higher model (basically the SLI500) for free! It's hard to find a business with customer concern like that. As for customer service - Ryan in THE MAN! When my suped-up rig arrived the X-Fi sound card wasn't working so I called SpeedTech and Ryan talked me through an entire diagnostic, culminating in re-seating the sound card (it just got jiggled a little during shipping) and it worked great. Ryan was in no rush and EXTREMELY helpful - that was quite simply the finest customer service I have ever received for computers.
One area for improvement - keeping the customer informed of delays in shipment. I completely understand things like taking time to upgrade a rig for free :) -- just let the customer know what is going on so he's not getting paranoid when the rig doesn't arrive in the time frame that you advertise. Also, let the customer know how many boxes are being shipped and when (the e-mail notifications with FedEx tracking numbers came through for only two of the four boxes they sent me).
With that said, every time I talked to someone at SpeedTech, or sent them an e-mail, their response was prompt, courteous, and very helpful. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough - if you want a killer rig, call SpeedTech.
