"I ordered by manufacturers product number (LF10RX). Man. told me to expect to pay about $50. Spectravox told me it was only $28, so I questioned them, "Are you sure this is a LF10RX??" They said yes but shipped a LFIRX... totally different product which will not work with my system! They wanted me to pay shipping both to and from as well as a 15% restock fee for a product I DID NOT order! What a rip off.
After this happened, I called the manufacturer to complain and found out this company is not in good staning with them OR the BBB!
