Sumit, the Technical Sales Executive deceived us completely by promising me multiple FULL TIME DEVELOPER 100% devoted to our project and charged us accordingly. But he directed his developers work on multiple projects, and our progress is like crawling speed. The developers they put on our project is so incompetent that they made many ridiculous mistakes. There is no quality check, and there is no strategic thinking. The project in the end is completely unusable, and we have to find another developer to finish the job.

They pressed us for another month's payment. We voiced our concern of quality and asked him for adjustment. He did not respond, then simply blocked our access to their project board. Can you believe this?
