"Terrible company. Sold me an exhaust for 42$ then messaged me saying they shipped it to the wrong person. Then I said ok can you ship another one to me they said it was “out of stock” then they made up a lie about the epa not allowing them to have it. Then the excuse turned too it was human error. I told them I still want the exhaust and can wait. They said it will never be in stock again. Another lie. Then I asked them what I can do and they said well we can get the item and ship it from our supplier for an extra 660$. So they do have it they just won’t sell it for the listing price. These guys are con artists. I have screenshots to prove what I am saying as well as we messaged back and forth on eBay. Never do business with these guys "

"Unfortunately I ordered rotors from Sparktec through EBay Motors. Ebay was the problem. One box arrived severely damaged, as was the rotor. Trying to deal with EBay for a return was a nightmare and unsuccessful. Sparktec stepped in, looked at the pictures and set up the shipment for a new rotor. Use this company-they are awesome and take care of their customers!"

"In the interests of fairness to business's i wanted to be sure both sides of the story are told. I was skeptical about ordering from them based on the reviews; however the $$ saving's had me placing an order anyway!

I ordered a set of rims, and before shipping i received an email requesting that I ensure i was right on the sizing as 20% restock fee and no refund once mounted. Fortunately I was sure, but it was good they checked and the sizing on Rims requires a degree! The rims shipped promptly after that and arrived in perfect condition.

I did not have to deal with returns/warranty so can't speak for that, but had a greta sales experience with them.

"Not only was shipping delayed but customer service was extremely unprofessional. A part was ordered with a guaranteed expected delivery date that was not held. Come to find out, there are no guarantees. With that being said, a day off of work to wait for a package that was never going to arrive on time in the first place left me a bit uneasy.
