No notification of status, no response to email and when I called, the parts department was no help, they said the warehouse was taking care of the order. Extremely poor customer service!!"
"I ordered all-weather mats for passenger areas and cargo areas ($281). The website stated Free Shipping for orders over $75. At checkout, there was a $20 charge for shipping; I had to change delivery to the dealership to avoid the fee. Now I have to wait for the mats to arrive there, get notified that they are there, and go over there to pick them up. There was also a glitch where delivery options were not visible at first (the options just did not load/display), and I had to go back around to the Cart and renavigate through checkout, and still no free shipping as promoted."
