"Buyer beware! This company is the same one as seen on TV. I ordered from them and turned down all the upgrade pop-up screens that they throw at you when you try and check out and got the standard package.
I seen on the site that it takes 2 - 4 weeks to ship but that was not a big deal. What was a big deal is that they charged my card right away instead of waiting until shipping.
After 3 weeks I called to check the status of my order and the lady told me that it shipped but she could not give me a tracking number. She stated that she would contact the warehouse and find out the status then email me the tracking number.
Another week went by and I called back and a different lady asked "you didn't receive your order?" I stated I hadn't and she then asked if I wanted to cancel the order or try and re-order.
I canceled the order."
