"Tatyana (the main customer service representative) ensured that the package was on its way. I expected it to take at least a month for the package to arrive because of over seas shipping, but it only ended up taking 2 weeks! When I received the package I was eager to open it. It had at least 10 stamps from Ukraine on the box which was a keep sake in its self. When I opened the box the uniform, hat and medals were in top of the line quality. If you ever need any USSR gear or Russian military gear in general Soviet Power is the place to go!"

"Ordered a uniform that never came, instead I got a couple of coats. TATYANA wanted me to send them on to another address my own expense ! I wasn't going to do that til I got my uniform! She kept contacting me saying that she would pay me back the shipping costs. She kept saying that my uniform was on the way but after a couple of months it still hadn't come but she still had the cheek to ask me to phone the proper recipient of the coats and organise the delivery. Eventually after I contacted the marketing company CC NOW that I was purchasing through, and after they gave her a bollocking, she refunded me for the uniform that had never arrived. Out of courtesy and many calls to the proper recipient, I repackaged the coats, drove them down to the depot and sent them at my own expense. DOH ! She thanked me and said she would send a new uniform and give me a £20 discount. It never came and despite many emails to her and a formal complaint to the company, I have been ignored. I note that a previous client wrote a similar review to this, that he thought there might be some sort of postage scam going on. It seems to be the case. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED."
"I ordered a Russian coat from Soviet Power two months ago and it still has not yet arrived. I cancelled the Order, but Tatyana at Soviet Power is refusing to refund the 50 USD postage through no fault of mine. My local Post Office in Ourense has NO record of the consignment or the Tracking Number, and yet Soviet Power wants me to pay their shipping costs. This is blatant theft! Through no fault of my own, they are penalising me for ordering from them. It might be a scam, as I have no proof that they even posted the parcel to me and they might simply be making money from the postage costs. They have no proof of delivery, and are threatening to withold the money I paid for the item. BE WARNED - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! If you see something you like, buy it from somewhere else. You should not be made responsible for non-delivery."

Because I am extremely slim and of slight build, I wanted to make sure that the coat would fit. Tatyana answered _all_ of the many questions that I posed prior to ordering in a friendly and informative fashion. These included queries about the exact measurements of the item as well as its appearance. In fact, rarely have I experienced such patience and willingness to help. The coat was sent swiftly, via a tracked postal service, and reached Germany within two weeks from the Crimea. Tatyana even enclosed a leather ushanka as a free gift.
