"Tried ordering some Ring Shaft Snaps for my **** rebuilt. Did it online for the convenience of ordering online and picking up at local Homestead Toyota dealer. Parts only totaled $15 and change, so it must not have been worth their time since they were probably not making money on that sale. I got a reply saying part were on back order with no ETA and if I wanted to cancel. I replied back asking if all of the parts are on BO, then yes and to please advise. No courtesy response, they just cancelled. I placed the same order with Ourisman Toyota which I believe uses the same platform and 2 days later, parts are already on their way. That's either laziness or as I mentioned, wasn't worth their time, so they didn't bother. I'll just pay shipping fees next time and order from other dealers."

"I placed an order on April 4th, and the order was confirmed. I waited 10 days for my order but did not see anything nor any communication from the parts department. I then checked the status of my order only to find out that they cancelled my order without informing me. I wasn't too happy with that.
I am now placing the same order for the second time.
