"*Buyer Beware* firstly, read the reviews that are rated 4/5 stars. Notice the similarities? Yes, they all seem to admit that the site is shady and it is. Here is my recent and last review of ordering from this place.
On 6/11/2012 I ordered a pair of Persol sunglasses. I did notice that it would take a couple of business days to process my order. On 6/13/2012, I received an email confirming my credit card was charged and my order shipped; complete with a USPS shipping/tracking number.
On 6/18/2012 my package had still not arrived. On 6/26/2012, with no package arrival, and the USPS tracking number not updated I called their customer service. The gentleman informed me that due to a new employee, my order was not shipped out, and he promised to have them out by close of business that day.
7/5/2012. My order never arrived. I called back, and the same gentleman answered. He said it was ridiculous that my order never shipped, and that he would give me a call back within 30-45 minutes of us hanging up.
He never returned my call. And after that I was never able to call them back, or reach anyone by phone. Even after leaving one voicemail, and an earlier email asking the status of my order.
On 7/5/2012 late afternoon, I filed a chargeback with my credit card issuer and informed them of what had happened. They have since credited my credit card back and I have learned to never shop from these crooks again.
I found Source One Audio via google shopping for the lowest price on the sunglasses. It was only a $10 difference if I would've shopped from other LEGITIMATE online sellers.
DO NOT BUY FROM these people. The negative and even questionable reviews from reviewers tell the truth. "
"Was skeptical at first but heyy they had good deals. So I decided to purchase some blue mirror ray bans for $100. I set my order June 14, 2012, received an email update for a tracking number June 21,2012, then finally just received my package. All is great & they needed my signature of proof for the package upon arrival. Customer service is crap but I did receive my legit sunglasses within 9 days of purchase."
"Looks like a scam. No response to emails, sent to both "sales" and "service." Called both local and toll-free numbers, left multiple voice-mails (no one ever answered the phone), no return call.
Shoddy business at best, out-right scam at worst. AVOID this place!!!!!"

I was somewhat leery with some of the negative reviews but took the chance knowing that I could always dispute the transaction if anything shady or scam related occurred. I took the chance and received my order within 5 days. I received an email once the order shipped with a direct link to track delivery. The Sunglasses were brand new in original case and box with warranty info. Comment to "duckbutt" review: I would be happy to wait a few days in order save $76.00 and no shipping charges. Source One Audio (Mavco Electronics)says free shipping, NOT next day or 2 day delivery. Orders take a day or 2 to process. Source One Audio (Mavco Electronics) is a small company. "Stay away from this website. In the past I have ordered from shady sites like this and received my sunglasses about a month after, despite claims that it would ship soon. This is the worst and slowest order I have ever experienced. Trust me, you can find another site with the same price and slightly less of a wait time. Any positive reviews were obviously made by the company."
"I am giving this review because I believe it is necessary to report great service just as much as it is for bad service. I ordered a pair of Raybans for my boyfriend as a gift for Christmas, and ended up ordering the wrong size!!! I didn't realize it until he tried it on and he looked very awkward! I contacted sourceoneaudio the next day and they didn't even give me a hard time. They simply asked me to mail it back to them and all they would do is charge me for the cost of postage - no restocking fee or any other service fees!!! And I received the new pair within a week. "I recieved my sunglasses yesterday. I am extremely happy with my item. First, I tried on all of the sunglasses at the mall to find my perfect fit. Then, I googled the item number of my selected sunglasses. This is how I found Source One Audio as they had the best price. The item was shipped priority mail for free and I paid no tax. All in all, I saved over $100 from this online vendor versus the mall's price. The brand new glasses also arrived with a Prada shopping bag, a nicely boxed up sunglasses case, paperwork and the cleaning cloth. I recieved emails from the company everystep of the way. I would like to do business with them again and will recommend them to others. "

I ordered a pair of Oakley Whiskers 12-849 for $149.99 with free S&H.
I have to admit I was hesitant at first after reading these negative reviews, but since it was literally $50 less than all the major sites I decided to take the risk.
I purchased the glasses on Cyber Monday Nov 29th and the glasses arrived on Wednesday Dec 1st! They were in perfect condition and authentic."
"Stay away from this company. They have a few sites listed under different monikers but they're the same low-lifes that know little about customer service. Between them and FedEx, they didn't get sunglasses to me and all the while hinted I was trying to scam them somehow. Really? I have nothing better to do than order $150 sunglasses and try to get an extra pair out of them? Multiple times they said they shipped out a new pair and never did. These are bad people, NY thugs that hopefully will be caught for the shadiness they operate. "
"A number of inconveniences have sprung up during the process of
placing a simple order that should be easy to mitigate for any serious
business:
1. It was not possible for me to place an order on my credit card
issued by a foreign bank(didn't accept the address)
2. It was not possible for me to place an order on my friends'
American issued credit card(same problem as 1.)
3. When I finally got a third person involved the order
form accepted the address, but now Sourceoneaudio wouldn't send the package to an address that wasn't registered with the credit card(why even have an option to enter a different shipping address when "their system won't allow it"?)
4. After the considerable inconvenience of registering an "altenarnate
billing address", a process the bank in question wasn't even familiar
with, a couple of days pass and Sourceoneaudio then informs us that there is a delay from the manufacturers side, even though their web shop clearly said that it was In Stock.
5. Several days after the date they had given as the delay I'm obliged
to call them again to get the package shipped, because "they wanted to
make sure I still wanted it". If I didn't, I would have cancelled the
order.
6. Finally, they sent the package off, providing a tracking number but
no name of the shipping service( the email said Order Shipped Via:
Free Shipping) and several days after the package ought to have
arrived I look into it and find that despite all the trouble it was to
get them to ship to a different shipping address, they *still* sent it
to the billing address half a continent away! I now have to pay out of
my own pocket to get it sent to the right place.
7. Finally, they left an obnoxious message on my machine "that there was never any alternate address" to send to.
Though they offer good prices, I can only recommend that you don't shop with these people if you want your order in any kind of reasonable time frame. And if you do, be ready to go through a gauntlet of hassles to get it. It took the better part of two months to get mine."
"when order place sales man confirmed that it will ship out next day. after two days goes by still no tracking# yet, order was place on wed and will not be ship until monday wich is 5-days. this vendor can not keep up their words. I will not recomend to any one do business."

"I made a purchase from Source One Audio on 29 Aug 10. Between that date and today (14 Sep 10) I called 3 times and they said they hadn't shipped it. So today, I called and they said they tried to call me yesterday to let me know they couldn't ship it. I cancelled my order. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone...even if they do so their products cheaper."
"In all fairness to Source One Audio, they did send me the adverstised product in good condition. However, their "tacking" system is a joke and their customer service is non-existent (and I mean that literally). Was it worth the $50 I saved? Probably not."
