"Souq.com is a very bad online store and their customer service is unprofessional, their Q-Express shipping which you pay for against an express service which you should receive, turns out every time to be a joke. Do not recommend to use them at all. "

"After i registered on their website, it turned out i must be UAE citizen.
There is no option to delete account. Email is not changing.
I tried to unsubscribe when started to receive their "advertising", and unsubscribe link require login (i already forgot password), so i had to recover it. It should be unconditional unsubscribe but ok... removed all checkboxes, their unsubscribe options worst ever i seen and took 10 minutes to remove all checkboxes.
After 2 days i got promotional email again.
They are just spammers."
