"Purchased 2 pair of closed toe shoes size 42, when I received, label on box and in shoes stated 42, but the shoes was way to big my heel would flop out of the shoes, I own several pairs of the aetrex brand and I always order size 42 and they fit very well. Called and noticed representative, but stated the box and label in shoes stated 42, but they did not have anymore of these in stock in size 42, they did have one pair in size 41, and that I could try those. Size 41s I know fit tight on my feet, but these were size incorrectly, but they did not take ownership of that and still charged me a 10% restocking fee for improper sized shoes."
