I needed a high quality voice recorder on a budget and was completely new to this area of technology. Affter 2 days of searching on the internet I was as confused as when I'd started. "Extremely impressed with Sound Exposure. I had been let down when about to buy a lot of equipment from another reseller, and Sound Exposure picked up the order without any problems.

I seemed to have a salesman assigned to my order throughout (at least, only one person ever e-mailed me, and he did so very fast whenever I e-mailed him).

This personal attention was a good thing, because there was a problem with one of the items that Sound Exposure sent me, which meant it had to be returned to the importer that Sound Exposure had got it from. When this happened, 'my' salesman at Sound Exposure contacted the importer and got me an RMA number within an hour.

I sent the faulty piece off to the importer, and they should then have sent a replacement to me direct, without going via Sound Exposure. However, the replacement equipment then did not reach me when it should have, and again 'my' Sound Exposure salesman dealt with it, though strictly speaking it was not his company's problem. He traced the transaction from the importer to me, to see where the problem had occurred. He found out that the 'broken link' was that the replacement had been signed for at my workplace, but no-one had told me! I was then able to chase the package up.

The only reason why I am not saying that I am 'extremely likely' to shop at Sound Exposure in future is that I am not certain when or whether I will have the opportunity to buy this kind of material again."
