Service track record is by far the worst of all pool supply companies locally and internet sales. They have decent prices to make up for the fact that service is beyond horrible. Sent broken product, not willing to make it right. I know what your thinking just one person that had a bad experience...Call them first and see you will find out quickly how poor this place is operated. AVOID move on to the next place...guarantee you will find a better price and service elsewhere..don't give in to companies like this. Also, check with BBB if you didn't heed the warning."

Overall, we are pleased with the cleaner, but on the site when we purchased the product it CLEARLY says it comes with caddy, which it DOES NOT. I have called SOS Pool and they will not honor what their website says. The caddy cost an additional $130 and they said that the manufacturer Matronics doesn't offer product with the caddy anymore.
