"I had never been to this store before but decided to try it in August, 2021. I purchased a pair of Hoka Hiking Boots which are wonderful so I decided to purchase a pair for my husband for an upcoming hike that is planned. The sales woman told us that they weren't available in brown so we decided to purchase the black as she could have them in within the week. She also told me that if there was going to be a problem getting them in that I would receive a call within 3 days. I stopped by 5 days later and was told they were ordered and since I didn't receive a call that they would be in within the week. I went back again today and was told that they were NEVER ORDERED. I explained that this was not satisfactory and she told me that next time she won't be so forthright. She was NEVER forthright, instead, she lied. There will NEVER be a next time as I won't be giving my business to this store."

"I ordered a pair of slippers, and assumed I would recieve them by Christmas (I ordered them in mid-November) but I never recieved them. I wrote four emails, but they never responded. I would reccommend that no one order from this company."
